Welcome! This page is a first point of reference for moderators and translators. In it you will find links to relevant documentation, explanation of how compensation in NOTE tokens will be handled, as well as expectations for both the moderators and translators and what resources you can expect from the Notional core team.
Moderator/Translator Onboarding Process
- Submit Application here and express your interest in the community discord here.
- Receive confirmation/approval from the Notional core team
- Undergo onboarding session with the notional team
- Start moderating/translating in the relevant community channels
Moderator/Translator Contributions
Month 1-3 onboarding tasks to be discussed in onboarding session
Ongoing Contributions:
- Provide an open, inclusive, and educational experience for the broader Notional community
- Answer user questions in the relevant community channels - reference FAQs directly whenever possible, and point users to where they can find out more, if applicable
- Post all announcements in native language on your approved platforms (Notional channel, local language Twitter/blog, if applicable)
- Keep a log of frequently asked questions, bugs, and product suggestions to submit to Notional team regularly
- Community member + protocol growth ideas/projects
- Twice quarterly check-in with Notional core team
- Assist and participate in Notional community calls
